Payment
Payment in full or deposit of $45.00 with full
payment due 30 days prior to workshop. Full payment required for one
day workshops.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation fee of $10.00 applies to any
cancellations. Full deposit will not be refunded if cancelled 29 days
prior to workshop, unless there is someone to take your place.
Supply List
Workshop
supply lists will be mailed to participants approximately one month or
more prior to the workshop.
Important
Tablecloths
for workshop tables are provided by the Leesburg Art Association. Cover
cloths for the carpeted area under your table are to be provided by the
workshop participant.
Refreshments
Coffee,
juice, fruit and breakfast pastries will be provided by the Leesburg Art
Association. Lunch on your own or bring bag lunch and drink.

is an award winning artist and a Signa ture
Member of the Florida Watercolor Society.
Marylee’s “Experimental
Explorations Workshop” will focus on acrylic
layering producing beautiful color and texture. This workshop will jump
start your imagination and help you paint more creatively in whatever
style you choose. Participants will be introduced
to the
fundamentals of experimental concepts and have fun “coloring outside the
lines.”

Janet is a
nationally known watercolor artist who
resides in Ormond Beach, Florida. She is a Signature Member of AWS as
well as Florida Watercolor Society. Janet travels throughout the U.S.
as well as internationally with her popular workshops. This 3 day
workshop will focus on florals and portraits painted in a loose, fluid
painterly approach. Janet has conducted several workshops for our
association and we are excited to have her back.

Jane Slivka moved to Mount Dora several years ago
from Ohio and has taken the area by storm with her

popular workshops and the outdoor art
festivals. Her florals, still lifes and landscapes
appear in many private
collections. In Jane’s workshop you will experience the freedom that
the acrylic medium has to offer without losing the important brush
strokes and exciting elements of balance and good design. Jane loves
free expression and strong colors.

TERRY BITTING
Terry, who has
been an active force in the Lake County art scene, says in her workshop
you will explore the excitement of painting on Yupo! This unique slick
paper allows you to experiment with watercolors like never before. The
paint stays vibrant and allows you to move it around. If you need to
loosen up your approach to painting, this will give you the chance to
try something different without purchasing the supplies!

JOAN WILLIAMS
Joan Williams artwork reflects her love of
history of ancient peoples, textiles and nature. Joan’s handmade
papermaking workshop will focus on the vast amounts of reclaimable waste
paper thrown away each year. With this workshop we will explore how to
recycle and produce your sheets of handmade paper with relatively little
expense. We will focus on how handmade paper is ideal for creative use.
