Welcome to the official website of the
Leesburg Art Association.

We are a group of artists who love to create and show our work.

We meet monthly between September and May to fellowship with other artists and to learn from guest demonstrators. We put on shows each year at the Leesburg Center for the Arts as well as show continuously at various venues throughout Lake County. We sponsor several workshops each year, which are open to members and guests alike.

Feel free to join us at our next monthly meeting.

President's Message -- Shawn Gray

We are happy to welcome all of our returning winter residents. We hope you had a good summer and are ready for an exciting season of artistic experiences.

Our workshops are filling up fast so, if you want to register, do it soon. We don’t want you to be disappointed. You will find a registration form on our Workshops page.

Isabel Kosberg has planned a wonderful Spring Trip to the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, Florida. She will provide more details at our meeting. Members are advised to make their paid reservations early. If we don’t fill the bus by February, we will open the opportunity to the general public. So, plan to join us on April 11, 2012 and bring a friend or two. The cost will be $35 for bus, museum entry, and program by Nan Colton. Lunch will be on your own and there are many fine restaurants, shops and galleries within walking distance.

See you on November 26th,
Shawn

Give Back to the Community

Please donate any gently used or new art supplies that you just don’t want or use anymore.

Contact Shawn Gray. She will donate them to the Leesburg High School art program!

This will be an ongoing project!

The high school program greatly appreciates this!!
